About Keyhouse
Keyhouse is a property portal for Sri Lanka, built and run from Trincomalee. It exists because finding a house in the East meant a Facebook group, a WhatsApp forward, or a portal that only really covers Colombo.
What we do
We list houses, land, apartments and commercial property, and we put you in touch with whoever is selling it. That is the whole product.
What we do not do
We are not agents. We take no commission on a sale, we charge no lead fee, and we do not stand between you and the seller. The number on an advert reaches the owner or the agent they chose.
How we pay for it
Listing is free. Advertisers can pay to have a property placed higher in results, and that placement is always marked as paid. A boosted listing is reordered, never given a badge it has not earned.
Where we cover
Every district in Sri Lanka. The East — Trincomalee, Batticaloa, Ampara — is where we started and where our listings are deepest, because it is where we are.
